Acceptance
By using the Touch The Stars marketing site, hotel portal, or artist portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
Touch The Stars provides booking, scheduling, and coordination services connecting hotels with entertainment performers. The platform is the operational tooling we use to deliver those services to our clients and roster artists.
Accounts
Hotel and artist accounts are issued by Touch The Stars. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access data outside your role, reverse-engineer the service, scrape, or interfere with its operation. Automated access and credential sharing are prohibited.
Engagements and contracts
Each performance is governed by a separate written contract issued through the platform. These terms govern access to the platform itself; the engagement contracts govern the performance.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Touch The Stars is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Liability for any direct claim is capped at fees paid for the service in the prior twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated to active hotel and artist users. Continued use after notice means you accept the revised terms.
