Costume — do I bring my own?

Accepted Answer

Yes — bring your performance wardrobe. Themed shows where the hotel specifies costume are budgeted separately and you'll be told before signing.

Question 3

What does an evening show schedule look like?

Dance shows typically run about 30 minutes each. Most hotel productions run one main evening show 9-10pm, sometimes a 7pm pre-show. When your contract spans multiple venues in a night, we coordinate the transportation and call times so transitions are smooth. Specifics are in every contract.

How are troupe rates calculated?

Per-troupe, not per-dancer — you tell us the group's combined rate and the hotel pays the troupe. Internal split is up to the troupe.

Does pay increase if I stay longer?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most dancer contracts are 3-6 months. Returning dancers and troupes get raises across contracts — we adjust for inflation and recognize the value of someone we've already worked with. Your second residency starts higher than your first.

Is accommodation provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes — accommodation plus transportation to and from each performance venue are included on monthly residencies. Troupes usually share. Per-event bookings cover travel inside Egypt.

What papers do I need to prepare?
